1. Change Your Mindset

that's so common today is one of the first steps toward
changing your life for the better, and not merely in terms of

Instead of viewing food as a reward, retrain yourself to see
it as a means of sustenance. Of course there are plenty of
foods that taste simply delicious and are hard to resist, and
do keep in mind there's no reason to completely avoid these
sinful creations for the rest of your life, which will
inevitably lead to feelings of deprivation and defeat, but
rather learn the keys to moderation.

All too often too much focus is put on calories while fats

Make it a point to avoid fats coming from animal products,
such as the skin on chicken, and if you do a lot of meat, only

exercising. The more pounds of body weight coming from muscle
